Women Founder Navigation Lab (WFNL)

A New Way to Navigate Beyond Networking, Mentoring & Advice

Building a business is a journey. For women founders, that journey can carry an additional, often invisible layer — self-doubt, emotional pressures, family responsibilities, societal expectations and the challenge of balancing multiple roles.

These realities can influence how a founder thinks, decides and grows, even when they are not directly related to the business.

My work with women founders through the CCC Framework — Clarity, Consciousness & Consistent Growth made me realise that supporting the business alone is not enough.

That led me to a simple question:

What if women founders had a space to pause, reflect, gain perspective and navigate their journey together?

That question became the foundation of the Women Founders Navigation Lab (WFNL) : Beyond Incubators. Beyond Networking. Beyond Mentoring.

The startup ecosystem already offers incubators, accelerators, mentors, consultants and networking communities. Each plays an important role.

But there are moments that don't fit neatly into any program — when a founder is unsure what to focus on, whether to persist or pivot, what she may be missing, or simply what direction to take next.

WFNL creates space for those moments.

It is not about giving founders another predefined roadmap. It is about helping them step back, ask better questions, see different perspectives and find the direction that makes sense for their own journey.

Why a Navigation Lab Specifically for Women Founders?

WFNL is not another networking group created simply to bring women together.

It is a space where women founders can talk openly about both the business they are building and the realities they are navigating while building it.

There is value in being around people who understand the context — where doubts can be voiced, difficult decisions explored and experiences shared without judgement.

Sometimes, the most valuable insight comes from someone who has stood at a similar crossroads.

From One Challenge to Many Perspectives

This thinking comes alive through the Founder Brainstorm Circle.

A founder brings a real business challenge to the table. Instead of receiving a single prescribed answer, she gets to explore the challenge through different questions, experiences and perspectives.

The objective is not to tell her what to do.

It is to help her see what she may not have seen before.

Because a new perspective can sometimes change the direction of a decision.

The Heart of WFNL

WFNL brings together founder conversations, brainstorm circles, webinars, masterclasses and peer learning around one purpose — helping women founders navigate the journey with greater clarity and confidence.

Because entrepreneurship is not a straight road. There will always be crossroads, uncertainty and moments when the next step isn't obvious.

You don't always need another roadmap. Sometimes, you need a better way to navigate the journey.
